POSITION INFO:

Lead the charge: Drive the design and delivery of cutting-edge web and mobile applications for South Africa’s top organizations
Innovate boldly: Integrate emerging technologies and make impactful technical decisions to create secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions
Inspire excellence: Mentor and guide a team of talented developers, fostering collaboration and growth
Own the process: Navigate the full software development lifecycle, continuously improving workflows to deliver world-class results

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6+ years’ experience as a software engineer in an enterprise environment
Expertise in Java and a strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, clean code principles, and best practices.
A proven track record of architecting and building enterprise-level applications
Proficiency across multiple technologies, with a hunger to learn and adapt to new frameworks
Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
