JUNIOR MANAGER (SERVICE STATION)
POSITION INFO:
RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced JUNIOR MANAGER (SERVICE STATION) for a well-established service station, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Competent computer skills (Email / MS Office). Proficient in MS Excel.
Strong management skills.
Manage service station documents.
Maintain the HSSE diary (daily and weekly checklists).
Reconciliation of daily shift sheets.
Oversee daily wet stock management.
Prepare and manage the weekly roster.
Handle weekly wages.
Oversee waste management and schedule pick-ups.
Conduct weekly water testing on tanks.
Manage kiosk oil orders.
Handle morning and afternoon shift changes.
Implement price changes once a month.
Assist on the forecourt during rush hours.
Fill in PDI documents for imperial deliveries.
Check delivery paperwork after each delivery.
Conduct weekly gas and oil stocktakes.
Arrange all stock, gas, and fuel deliveries or pick-ups to or from customers.
Manage Take Away shop - monitor stock levels, order and purchase stock (packaging, stock items, ingredients), capture stock on GAAP, perform daily cash up.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Working hours (Monday - Friday / 7am - 6 pm, every alternate weekend, every alternate public holiday).
