Are you ready to take your career in financial markets to the next level? We’re searching for a JSE Sponsor Executive to join and Investment firms' dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to JSE listing requirements and regulatory standards.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing and delivering high-quality financial and regulatory reports.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance.
- Equity Sponsorship Analysis: Support in evaluating equity transactions and conducting detailed analyses.
Qualifications:
At least
2 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services, regulatory compliance, or equity markets.
A keen understanding of JSE regulations and a passion for financial markets.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
A proactive mindset and a commitment to professional growth.
