SUMMARY:
A rapidly expanding business is seeking a detail-oriented JSE Analyst to join their team.
POSITION INFO:
This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, providing expert guidance, and supporting clients in navigating the JSE listings framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with JSE listings requirements, securities regulations, the Companies Act, and corporate governance standards.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and supporting documentation to effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, the JSE, and the Takeover Regulation Panel (TRP), as required.
- Oversee submissions to the JSE through platforms such as SENS.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of JSE listed companies to evaluate their suitability for sponsorship, corporate actions, or other transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in law, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Completion of the Sponsorship Development Programme (SDP) certificate is essential.
- Strong knowledge of JSE listings rules and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship management skills.
