SUMMARY:
A premium financial services giant is excited to add an Investment Principal to their team in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
This role will be suitable for an individual that has strong financial analysis and modelling skills. You will be expected to be in the frontline of private equity transactions while offering support to upper management. This is an exciting opportunity if you are interested in exponential career growth.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Directing third party negotiations and transactions.
Facilitating co-investment processes.
Responding to investor queries timeously.
Budget negotiations and Risk management.
Mentoring and supervising junior team members.

Requirements:

CA(SA), MBA, CFA or BBusSc.
Minimum 7 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, or the infrastructure sector.
Ability to network and identify viable investment opportunities.
Knowledge of the Tax Companies Act.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
