SUMMARY:
Join a Leading Financial Services Team - seeking an experienced Investment Compliance Officer to provide expert compliance monitoring for Manco, ensuring compliance with key regulations across the investment landscape. Must have completed Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 5 years of investment compliance experience in asset management or fund services.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and report compliance with regulations like REG28, REG30, LTIA, CISCA, and more.
Oversee compliance for Collective Investment Schemes, Pension Funds, Medical Aid Schemes, and Hedge Funds.
Conduct Regulation 28 analysis, assist with quarterly reporting, and investigate breaches.
Manage compliance data, liaise with regulators, and support new fund applications.
Ensure adherence to ASISA Standards and offshore fund regulations.
