Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and structure investment opportunities that align with the fund’s township and rural development mandate.
• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis to support sound investment decisions.
• Engage with entrepreneurs, SMEs, cooperatives, and key stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic support to investee companies.
• Ensure compliance with investment policies, governance frameworks, and stakeholder expectations.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in deal making environment
• Proven experience in investment analysis, deal structuring, or portfolio management within a fund, impact investing, DFI, or private equity environment.
• Deep understanding of investments in township, rural, and emerging markets.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
• Ability to engage with high-growth businesses and community-driven enterprises.
• CFA, CA(SA), MBA, or relevant financial qualification is a strong advantage.
