Internal Sales Representative

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Practical industry experience (minimum 5 years)
• Proficiency in Pastel, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Own reliable transport

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

• Source new sales opportunities and follow up on quotes.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Promote upselling by identifying customer needs.

Customer Service

• Deliver quotations promptly and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Ensure on-time and quality delivery of products.

Operations

• Collaborate with operations on customer feedback.
• Order stock when needed and ensure buy-out stock is accurately priced.

Marketing

• Update social media with completed projects, promotions, and new products.
• Identify potential clients through comments and market research.

Finance

• Handle cash sales and ensure COD accounts are paid before delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and maintain accurate sales invoicing.

Stock Management

• Perform accurate stock takes and ensure proper stock storage and labelling.

General

• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance and workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet goals.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 17:30
• Friday: 07:30 to 14:00
• Every second Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00

Remuneration and Commission:

• Base Salary: R13,000 CTC per month
• Commission:
  • Cut and Edge Sales: Achieve R250,000 (ex. VAT) revenue per month to earn 2.5% commission.
  • Spray Sales: Achieve R250,000 (ex. VAT) revenue per month to earn 10% commission.
• Commission is payable in the same month.
