• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving inquiries.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain and update product catalogues and system information to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and handle procurement of materials as needed.
• Oversee logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Prepare sales documentation, manage quotations, and track sales metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in internal sales or sales support, ideally within manufacturing or mining equipment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
