Internal Sales/ Customer Administrator (Centurion)

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will support the business development in the sales department by managing customer enquiries, quoting, processing orders, maintaining CRM, sales records, following up on old leads and customers and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the sales and customer relations functions within Company.

Qualifications:
Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
• Technical/Computer/ It equipment retail sales experience
• Familiarity with sales and customer service practices.

• CRM experience – system based as well
• Demonstrate the ability to talk and present to larger audiences ranging from School Principals ,Teachers and Executives in the corporate world.
• Have very good organisational skills and be very comfortable with Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excell , pivot tables and PowerPoint design.
• Be able to travel locally without constraints (must have a drivers licence)
• Must understand the sales and customer relations environment.

• Log all incoming leads on CRM and respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Resolve customer enquiries assist or escalate to the Team.

• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and track orders, providing updates to customers.

• Assist sales representatives with preparing quotes and proposals.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for the sales team and management.

• Manage sales documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing materials.
