Are you passionate about sales and customer service? Our client, a well-established optometry practice in Pretoria North, is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Optical Sales Consultant to join their team.
What you'll do:

Assist customers with in-store optical product sales

Upsell and cross-sell products and services

Provide excellent customer service and product advice

Build strong client relationships

Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets

Close deals confidently and professionally

Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Previous retail and/or optical industry experience beneficial
Work hours:
160 – 170 hours per month (retail hours)
Shifts and weekends on a rotation basis
Salary:
R7 000 – R9 000 (less experienced candidates)
R12 000+ (more experienced candidates)
PLUS incentives based on store turnover
