SUMMARY:
A well-known international pharmaceutical raw material company requires the above to manage key accounts with large manufacturing companies supporting the External Key Accounts Managers within the company ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements for the role:

A Matric is essential for this role.
Previous experience having worked in an internal sales or customer services administration role is essential for the role.
The company is happy to consider a sciences graduate with no work experience for the role to be trained into the role. The company will provide international training to the right candidate.
Previous experience having worked for a company who distributes products to manufacturing companies is preferred but not essential.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
Must be customer service orientated and have commercial drive.
Good planning and execution skills.
Must have good Microsoft Office with basic Excel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing key accounts with large manufacturing companies within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industries supporting the external key accounts managers.
Liaising with customers regarding customer queries and delivery times of products.
Receiving and processing orders to ensure delivery and collection expectations for house account customers are met.
Monitoring of stock levels to meet customer’s needs.
Following up with customers with regards to previous days deliveries to ensure customer service and on time in full deliveries.
Ensuring external sales are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
