SUMMARY:

Company based in Kempton Park, East Rand is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements
Matric
Valid drivers license
Minimum two years experience in dealing with quotations, order taking, job cards and general admin

Duties will include

Assisting accounts with export courier queries and paperwork.
Preparation of safety files.
Uploading and linking physical documentation to Job files.
Assist estimating with quotes when needed.
Creating orders for spares where needed.
Submit pay requirements to Head Office weekly
Obtain quotes and source the best pricing for perceived quality.
Place orders from requisitions raised or for jobs
Source new suppliers where needed for new tasks.
Expedite orders in the system and obtain lead times.
Raise the data book to submit it to production.
Co-ordinate project inspections
Raise commissioning pack for site installations.
Archive completed jobs and input information into the operating system.
Support to the service and maintenance team.
Ensure proper maintenance of all company-issued equipment, vehicles, and assets in a safe manner.
Notify management of any deficiencies or equipment in need of repair.
