SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Control Data Specialist with a strong financial background and internal auditing expertise. This role focuses on evaluating, developing, and enhancing internal control processes and procedures across the organization, ensuring compliance, identifying risks, and driving operational efficiency improvements.

POSITION INFO:
Internal Control Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and improve internal control systems and processes to mitigate risks and enhance compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize controls and processes for operational efficiency.
Design and execute testing procedures to validate internal control measures and recommend corrective actions.
Generate reports on internal control status, risk findings, and recommended improvements.
Advise departments on internal controls, compliance, and risk management best practices.
Conduct training programs to increase awareness of internal control frameworks and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or any related field is required.
Relevant certifications (CIA, or CA) are a plus.
3+ years of experience in internal auditing, controls, or compliance.
Experience with SQL and data analytics (required).
FMCG experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance is an advantage.
