Internal Audit Manager

SUMMARY:
Are you looking to relocate to the Western Cape? A well-known bank is looking to fill the position of Internal Audit Manager: Insurance, based in Stellenbosch.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Defining, proposing and implementing a strategic approach for the insurance business unit’s Internal Audit function that aligns with Internal Audit’s departmental strategy
• Contribute to Internal Audit’s departmental strategic planning, providing a focus for the insurance business unit
• Provide support and/or technical expertise to the Head: Internal Audit to realise the strategy through drafting and propose input to the annual audit plan
• Responsible for linking the strategy to departmental initiatives and communicating objectives to the insurance business unit team
• Provide support of insurance business unit’s know-how to the Head: Internal Audit to compile the departmental budget

• CA(SA) or CIA

• 10 years exposure in a similar role in the Insurance industry

• CAAT
