SUMMARY:
A client that developed a software solutions package (administration and accounting), tailored specifically for the retirement fund industry, is looking for an intermediate SQL Developer to join their team on an initial one year contract (possibility of going perm thereafter).

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

BSc Actuarial Science or BSc IT

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years' experience in SQL Development
Microsoft T-SQL Experience
Fluently code in Stored Procedures
Understand the fundamentals of indexing
Database administration
Knowledge of finance (accounting and investments) is required
Relational database design

KPAs:

Identify drawbacks and make improvements
Consult with client teams
Test procedures
Report writing
Data conversion
Analyze the performance of stored procedures
Interpret an execution plan
