Are you ready to join Her Majesty’s Secret Service of Business Analysis? My client is on a mission to uncover inefficiencies, crack the code of complex processes, and deliver top-tier solutions that leave stakeholders shaken and stirred.
 
As their next Business Analyst, you'll be the 007 of process improvement, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring projects are executed with precision.

POSITION INFO:

Decode Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable specifications.
Spy on Processes: Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement new processes or tools.
Data Espionage: Analyze complex data sets to unveil trends and insights for informed decision-making.
Liaison Operations: Act as the go-between for business units, tech teams, and support teams.
Documentation Secrets: Create clear and detailed documentation to ensure mission clarity.
Test the Gadgets: Lead UAT efforts, develop test plans, and oversee test execution.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to align all agents on the mission.

Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in business analysis techniques like SWOT analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering
Analytical and problem-solving skills worthy of Q himself
Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace mastery for stealthy operations
Strong interpersonal skills to influence even the toughest stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a knack for clear documentation and presentations

The Classified Requirements:
Essential: National Senior Certificate (NQF 4), minimum of 3+ years as a Business Analyst, and the ability to manage medium to large-scale projects
Desirable: A Bachelor’s degree, project management certifications, and experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI

Personal attributes:
A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures. An individual that possesses great problem-solving skills & an ability to work with little to no supervision.
