Are you a detail-oriented and creative Interior Design Draughtsperson looking for an exciting opportunity?

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development, coordination, and execution of interior design projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end and diverse interior projects, collaborating with designers, architects, and project teams.

POSITION INFO:

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of concept designs, schematics, and technical drawings for interior projects.
• Develop detailed layouts, furniture plans, and material specifications.
• Support design coordination and project management, ensuring smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections and on-site supervision to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Work with various stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, building regulations, and health & safety codes.
• Attend project and technical meetings, contributing technical expertise.
• Assist in BIM development within the interior design department.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualification in Interior Design or Architectural Technology.
• Experience in interior drafting for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Revit, 3D modeling, and presentation software is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A valid driving license is preferred for site inspections.
• A passion for interior architecture, design detailing, and project coordination.
