SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Interim Team Lead Combat.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Interim Team Lead Combat
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Experience in defense or combat systems.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Knowledge of military and defense standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee combat systems development and implementation.
Manage a multidisciplinary team for project success.
Ensure compliance with technical and defense standards.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
Report project progress to higher management.
