SUMMARY:
Our legal client based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for an Intellectual Property Attorney to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Completed LLB Degree
Applicant must have at least 10 years' post-article experience
Must have experience in all aspects of Trade Mark Practice, including Patent, Designs, and Trade Mark filings in South Africa and Internationally
Experience in Intellectual Property Litigation
Must be able to run the IP Department independently reporting only to the Directors
Computer Literacy - Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
