Integrated Designer - Fully remote

SUMMARY:
Our client seeks a creative and highly skilled Integrated Designer to join their dynamic team. This role requires a passionate individual with a keen eye for design, strong proficiency in the Adobe Suite, and a flair for motion graphics. The Integrated Designer will work closely with the Head of Marketing/ Marketing Manager to produce visually compelling content that aligns with our clients brand identity and marketing objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create high-quality visuals for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
• Motion Graphics: Develop engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and other relevant tools.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work is consistent with the company brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Web Design: Assist in website design and styling using basic HTML/CSS skills.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a remote working environment.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite and Canva Pro (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with After Effects and other motion graphics software is highly desirable.
• Web Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
• Creativity: Strong creative vision with an ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Experience with UX/UI design.
