Key Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance products to potential customers, ensuring the client’s needs are met.
- Attend daily morning meetings for team updates and training sessions.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales targets set by the company.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and guiding clients through the insurance process.
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate with a minimum average of 50%.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong communication skills .
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
