Job Overview:

A well-established company in the Spa and Bath industry is seeking an experienced Installer / Factory Supervisor to join the team. This hands-on role involves overseeing production, managing on-site installations, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site installations, testing, and commissioning of products.
Lead and support a team, setting high standards and ensuring smooth workflow.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
Maintain effective communication with clients and resolve any installation-related concerns.

Requirements:

Electrical and plumbing experience.
Building knowledge and hands-on technical expertise.
Strong planning and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel.
Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
High levels of discipline, honesty, and integrity.
