Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: A Postgraduate Degree or higher in fields such as Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Marketing, or related business or social studies.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years in research design and execution.
  • Familiarity with various research methods, including both quantitative (e.g., surveys, data analysis) and qualitative (e.g., focus groups, interviews) techniques.
  • Experience conducting market research or survey design and analysis.
  • Work in financial services marketing, strategic consultancy, or a marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in strategic project management and execution within a business or market context.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expertise:
  • Strong background in consumer insights and knowledge of explorative research methods in social and behavioral sciences.
