SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an Azure Infrastructure Support Technician and Data Analyst to support their Data Management and Analytics team. You'll manage and monitor Azure SQL systems, provide first-level client support, and automate database tasks using scripts. The role also includes data analysis to improve product development and business strategies.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Manage Azure SQL systems and ensure system security.
Provide client support via email, phone, and remote access.
Perform system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
Analyse company data to drive process optimization and create reports and dashboards.

Non-negotiable Skills:

SQL
Azure

Required Skills:

Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Experience with Azure SQL, Azure Security, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of automation using scripts.
