Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Property Broker to join our team immediately! If you have experience in the industrial property market and are ready to take on exciting challenges, this is the role for you!

Location: Table View (Covering Parow Industria, Elsies River, Beaconvale, and Airport Industria / Airport City)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings & negotiate leasing and sales terms
Advise clients on market conditions & property values
Draft lease agreements and sales contracts
Build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords
Identify new business opportunities and client prospects
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings

Experience Required:

Proven experience in Industrial Property Sales and Leasing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
Self-motivated, results-driven with a strong work ethic
