SUMMARY:
Are you a commercially savvy procurement leader ready to make an enterprise-wide impact? We're seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead the formulation and execution of category strategies across a broad spectrum of non-product spend areas—ranging from marketing and tech to facilities and professional services.

POSITION INFO:
As an Indirect Procurement Manager , you will be responsible for the following:

Develop and execute regional procurement strategies for indirect categories including marketing services, technology, professional services, facilities, and business development.
Provide strategic oversight to regional category teams, ensuring execution is aligned with the group’s broader commercial and operational goals.
Lead high-value enterprise-level sourcing initiatives, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
Drive cost optimization and value creation through structured commercial frameworks and strategic supplier engagement.
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to embed procurement into business planning and budgeting cycles.
Ensure procurement processes drive sustainable growth, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.
Translate category priorities into clear, actionable sourcing and commercial strategies, in close partnership with business leaders.
Establish governance models and performance metrics to track supplier performance, risk exposure, and overall category impact.
Champion ESG and sustainable procurement practices across vendor partnerships and sourcing decisions.
Collaborate with tech and systems teams to enhance procurement reporting, analytics, and automation.
Facilitate alignment across regional and franchise teams to ensure consistency in procurement governance and commercial terms.
Support procurement transformation and change initiatives, fostering a high-performance, value-focused culture.

What Do You Need?:

8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in senior category leadership, ideally in food, hospitality, FMCG, or manufacturing.
Demonstrated success managing indirect spend portfolios in a multi-business or franchise-based environment.
Deep experience in supplier performance management, contract negotiation, cost modeling, and category strategy development.
Skilled in operating within matrixed, regional, and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to implement supplier consolidation, service level frameworks, and standardized procurement processes.
Strong understanding of how indirect procurement supports innovation, efficiency, and enterprise-wide value creation.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, with strong business acumen.
