SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT/Network Technician. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in networking, installations, and client support. A client-centric approach and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- A+ and N+ certification.
- Mikrotik experience and certifications (e.g., Mikrotik MTCNA).
- Any additional certifications should be listed (e.g., MTCRE, A+, N+).
- Expertise in wireless and wired networking.
- Network installations, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Server and desktop installation and support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Wireless internet, Wi-Fi installations, management, and configuration.
- High-site installations and maintenance.
- CCTV installations, configuration, and support.
- Knowledge of internet and email setup and support.
