POSITION INFO:
Requirements

• Previous working experience as an IT Technician is essential
• Basic networking and understanding of TCP/IP concepts
• The minimum of an A+ or N+ certificate (or similar) will be essential
• Candidate must be a problem solver and have attention to details
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of security and data privacy principles will be advantageous but not essential
• Hands-on experience with diverse computer systems and networks within the Windows-based environment
• Must be able to cope with pressure situations
• Candidate must be able to follow instructions and report tasks from beginning to completion
• Experience with online platforms such as Office 365 will be advantageous but not essential
• This role requires the candidate to take an ordered and structured approach to daily tasks
