IT Technician
Our client seeks a results-driven IT Technician to join their professional team.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements
- Previous working experience as an IT Technician is essential
- Basic networking and understanding of TCP/IP concepts
- The minimum of an A+ or N+ certificate (or similar) will be essential
- Candidate must be a problem solver and have attention to details
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of security and data privacy principles will be advantageous but not essential
- Hands-on experience with diverse computer systems and networks within the Windows-based environment
- Must be able to cope with pressure situations
- Candidate must be able to follow instructions and report tasks from beginning to completion
- Experience with online platforms such as Office 365 will be advantageous but not essential
- This role requires the candidate to take an ordered and structured approach to daily tasks
