IT TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (CAPE TOWN)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our Cape Town team, reporting to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in a document processing environment, with a focus on optimizing equipment usage and ensuring smooth process flows. This role involves providing technical support to the processing center, assisting the sales team, and troubleshooting issues to maximize productivity and accuracy.

POSITION INFO:
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
- Project Management Diploma or equivalent IT qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft SQL and Access databases is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years in a technical role within a document processing environment.
- Knowledge in data management is beneficial to drive improvements within the Image Processing Centre.
- Problem-solving skills essential for developing effective process solutions.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
