SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in troubleshooting IT-related issues for end-users.

POSITION INFO:
IT Support Technician, where you’ll provide first-line technical support to employees, ensuring smooth IT operations. Your role will involve diagnosing hardware and software issues, configuring systems, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting users with troubleshooting requests. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
â Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
â Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT peripherals.
â Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in person.
â Ensure cybersecurity measures and data protection policies are followed.
â Assist with system upgrades, backups, and software installations.
â Document IT support requests and solutions for future reference.

Requirements:
â 1-3 years of IT support experience or a relevant IT certification.
â Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and networking protocols.
â Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
â Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
â Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
