Our client who is a well-established ICT solutions company is seeking an experienced IT Server Engineer to join their team.

Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha

Job type: Permanent, on-site

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor installed systems
• Test and maintain operation systems
• Monitor application performance
• Monitor backup and replication status
• Test and maintain disaster recovery plans
• The job includes being part of a rotating after-hours support schedule

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
• MCSA/MCSE
• Have 5 years of professional experience with at least 1-year dedicated server experience.
• Office-based and would only need to travel to clients on rare occasions.
