SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking an IT - Senior Business Process Analyst: Export Control to join their team in the Netherlands.

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Experience:
  Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis, with a focus on export control or compliance.
• Knowledge of Export Control Regulations:
  Strong understanding of export control laws, including EAR, ITAR, and other international trade regulations.
• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

• Relevant certifications in export control or compliance are a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  Experience with IT systems integration, business intelligence tools, and process automation.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
  Strong analytical abilities to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.

• Process Analysis and Improvement:
  Analyze current business processes related to export control and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Requirements Gathering:
  Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs for IT systems supporting export control operations.
• System Integration:
  Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize systems and tools for export control compliance.
• Compliance Monitoring:
  Ensure that export control processes are fully compliant with both international regulations and internal company policies.
• Training and Support:
  Provide training to team members and stakeholders on export control processes and best practices, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems.
