POSITION INFO:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with solution designs to support cloud computing IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, DRaaS infrastructures and help customers achieve SLA''''s.
Assist with technical questions or concerns during the sales process and frequently participate in the initial portion of the project specification process.
Ensuring alignment between client requirements and proposed solution.
Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
Obtain vendor/product certifications.
Draft proposals, pricing, business cases, bid responses, etc.
Perform presentations.
Help draft and Review SLAs
Account planning for existing customers.
Build and manage relationships with Vendors/OEMs
Attending IT seminars/conferences as part of the sales team

REQUIREMENTS

Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Willingness to travel.
Degree/Diploma/Certification in IT, Sales or similar.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an IT pre-sales engineer or solutions architect
