IT Sales Consultant

SUMMARY:
We are assisting our client in recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and competitive market

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and engage in proactive sales activities.
• Present and demonstrate the company’s range of networking products and solutions to clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activity in CRM.
• Stay informed of industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Attend meetings, events, and trade shows to network and increase visibility in the industry.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the IT or networking industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a consultative sales approach.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Qualifications: A relevant qualification in sales, business, or technology (e.g., IT, Networking) is a plus.
