POSITION INFO:

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Expert to join our team in Menlyn. As an IT Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting feature teams, managing infrastructure, coordinating change requests, ensuring compliance, monitoring KPIs, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the feature teams with all start up/release management related tasks.
Supports management and product owners with ordering and managing infrastructure.
Co-ordinate change requests for infrastructure related topics.
Participate in all initiatives to ensure compliance within the Domain and Product environment (YPA & Product Depot).
Monitor and report on monthly KPI achievement.
Setup and manage team standby rosters.
Available to act as Major Incident Manager for ZA HUB Aftersales incidents.
Ensure stability and availability of applications for customers.

Skills Required: JIRA, Confluence, X-Ray, Bit-Bucket, PostgreSQL, Payara, Glassfish AWS, Problem, Incident, Change Management processes and tools AWM.
