Our client, a Franchisee for a well-known and popular Fast-food brand, is looking for an experienced IT Manager with a background in the retail/FMCG sector.

The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, innovative thinking, and a commitment to long-term business transformation.

This role requires leading and managing various operational and IT teams to support our digital and technical advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure and systems/software integration projects.
• Lead the integration of Point of Sale (POS) systems across the franchise.
• Implement and manage online sales delivery systems.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain robust data reporting systems.
• Manage systems programming and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure seamless integration of IT systems across all departments.
• Oversee database management, data consolidation, and data integration efforts.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Lead and mentor IT team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in the IT field, preferably within the retail/FMCG sector.
• Proven experience with systems and software integration.
• Strong data analysis and data reporting skills.
• Expertise in Point of Sale (POS) system integration.
• Experience with online sales delivery systems.
• Proficiency in systems programming and cloud management.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with database management, data consolidation, and data
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
