The Clues You’ll Need:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (A prerequisite to enter the case)
7+ years of experience solving IT infrastructure crimes (Experience as a IT Manager , leading teams in cracking cases)
Expertise in networks, servers, cloud solutions, and virtualization technologies (Your magnifying glass for every detail)
Proven ability to lead a team, manage complex projects, and tackle problems head-on
Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills—You’ll need to crack tough cases while keeping everyone in the loop
Certifications such as ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS—these will help you read the clues and crack the case open
