Psybergate is an IT company that builds bespoke software solutions and provides highly skilled resources to its clients.
We are looking for a IT Manager to join our financial services client based in Sandton (On-Site) for a 6-months contract role.

POSITION INFO:

What you will be doing:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead a team of technical subject matter experts and team leaders. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of frontline IT support and solutions, enabling teams to achieve key business objectives.

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee the implementation and support of IT systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Drive operational excellence by enabling and empowering team members.
Align IT strategies with business goals to optimize performance and service delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team leaders and subject matter experts.

What we are looking for:

Completed BSc in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 years of experience as an IT Manager.
Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work on-site in Sandton, South Africa.
