Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company with their search for an IT Manager, based in Somerset West, Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Functions:

Responsible for the stability, security, and performance of the company's IT systems, while also supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives
Defining and developing policies and the procedures to support them, both for technology and ancillary functions
Help to develop, implement, and maintain backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and system availability

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a senior/management technology role
Industry experience in Financial Services, or related
