IT Governance and Process Analyst

SUMMARY:
My client is seeking a highly skilled IT Governance and Process Analyst to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust IT governance frameworks, optimizing enterprise architecture processes, and driving compliance with industry standards.

POSITION INFO:

• A Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Certification in Enterprise Architecture (such as TOGAF) or IT Governance (such as COBIT or ITIL) will be advantageous.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an Enterprise Architecture function, IT governance, or an analytical role supporting EA governance, compliance, or process management.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools and repositories, with LeanIX knowledge being a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage EA governance forums, track compliance, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels, produce reports, and provide training on EA tools and processes.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, handle ambiguity, manage conflicts, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance principles.
