IT Contracts Manager

SUMMARY:
Datacentrix Cape Town is looking for a Contracts Manager with experience in the information technology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative operations of the department and will be directly responsible for contract management/renewals, Vendor billing processing, Vendor installation services processing, and Vendor rebates processing.

POSITION INFO:
Primary Role Accountabilities

• Contract Management and renewals
• Attend to various vendor contract renewals
• Timely processing of customer renewals
• Accuracy of customer renewal opportunities at all times
• Ensuring Win-Win outcomes in customer renewals that might require renegotiation
• Vendor Authorised Services
• Break/fix claims processing
• Break/fix parts ordering
• Vendor rebates processing
• Vendor billing processing
• Installation services processing
• Back Office Administration
• PO and SO creation
• Quotation creation
• Billing processing

• High attention to detail and accuracy with multitasking a key requirement
• Self-managed and be able to work independently
• Work in structured and organized fashion to achieve goals
• Work with large amounts of data in a structured manner to gather and execute on information
• Ability to work under constant pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of RFQ and tender processes
• Good understanding of contracts, purchase orders and billings
• Must have worked closely with customers (internal and external) and vendors alike.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in the IT industry

• Essential Must have Matric or Grade 12
• 2-year IT Diploma or equivalent a bonus
• Business Analyst Diploma or equivalent a bonus
