Our client, a leading FinTech company, is recruiting for a motivated and experienced IT Cloud Technician to join their dynamic team to work with advanced Microsoft tools and gain exposure to a large range of responsibilities.

POSITION INFO:
IT Cloud Technician
Rosebank, In-office

Qualifications:

CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Security+
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (AD)
Proficient in managing Windows Server environment
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Intune
Foundational understanding of cloud networking and security principles

KPA’s:

Administer and manage Azure Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Intune environments
Support and maintain cloud network infrastructure and security measures
Implement and oversee cloud security policies and solutions
Monitor and maintain security systems, including Mimecast and Defender for Endpoint
Provide support for Linux and Windows Server environments
Assist with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS)
Manage SharePoint site administration and user access permissions
Configure and monitor Windows Defender for Cloud and endpoint security settings
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security and compliance requirements are met
Offer internal IT user support and assistance
