SUMMARY:

Our client who’s key focus is to keep on delivering high quality internet solutions to people and businesses are looking for a ISP Key Account Manager to join their team in Midrand.

We are looking for an individual that has an excellent track record in key account management within the ISP sector, with expertise in networking and connections. With existing Key Account relationships within ISP and Channel Sales Market.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with Key Internet Service Providers, fostering mutually beneficial relationships and contributing towards business growth
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the ISP sector, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to achieve and surpass revenue targets
Build and Maintain long-term relationships with ISP Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with our clients values and objectives.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services, effectively communicating technical information to meet the specific needs of retail partners
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay abreast of market trends and contribute to the formulation of effective sales strategies
Conduct in-depth analysis of ISP industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify strategic business opportunities.
Provide leadership and guidance to the retail sales team, fostering collaboration and a results drive team
Ensuring a customer-centric approach in all interactions with retail partners, addressing their unique business challenges, and providing tailored networking solutions

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Minimum of 5 Years experience in Key Account Management
Minimum 3 years experience in ISP Key Accounts Managing
Strong track record in sales development, B2B/ Corporate Customer development, and key account management within the ISP industry
In-depth knowledge of ISP industry structures, technologies, and market dynamics
Established relationships with retail partners and an understanding of their business challenges
