POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a HR Generalist with a strong IR focus to be based in either Pretoria/Stellenbosch or Worcester.

Purpose of the position: Reporting to the HR Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for HR functions, with a strong focus on IR matters (from IR Admin to CCMA cases)

Industrial Relations Responsibilities:

Handling employee grievances and disputes.
Mediating conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
Implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Advising on company policies and procedures related to employee conduct and welfare.
Supporting and promoting positive employer-employee relations to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Negotiating collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) between management and labour unions.Ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Handling disputes related to labour practices, wages, working conditions, and benefits
Representing the organization in discussions with labour unions or regulatory bodies.
Providing guidance on labour relations strategies to align with organizational goals and legal requirem
