Our client is looking for a HR Generalist with a strong IR focus to be based in either Pretoria/Stellenbosch or Worcester.
Purpose of the position: Reporting to the HR Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for HR functions, with a strong focus on IR matters (from IR Admin to CCMA cases)

Industrial Relations Responsibilities:
- Handling employee grievances and disputes.
- Mediating conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
- Implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Advising on company policies and procedures related to employee conduct and welfare.
- Supporting and promoting positive employer-employee relations to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Negotiating collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) between management and labour unions.Ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Handling disputes related to labour practices, wages, working conditions, and benefits
- Representing the organization in discussions with labour unions or regulatory bodies.
