IR/HR OFFICER
Location: Cape Town (Bellville South, Pinetown)
Contract Type: Permanent

POSITION INFO:
One of our clients based in Bellville is looking to hire an IR/HR Officer to come and join them. To advise Managers on sound employee relations practices, chair disciplinary hearings, act s the Union liaison and and attend to disputes at the Bargaining Council and/ or CCMA

Responsibilities

Chairing of disciplinary and grievance hearings
Drafting of disciplinary charges and warnings
Dispute resolutions
HR administration
Advise management on sound employee related practices
Induction of new employees
Advertising of vacant
Pre-interview assessment
Conduct interviews
Pre-appointment checks
Selection of candidates
Recruitment administration
Taking ownership of self-development and performance management

Requirement:

Matric
HR or IR qualification
