Salary max CTC R45K - R55K per month depending on experience and qualifications

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in Business, specializing in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or equivalent education and related experience
• Five years of progressively responsible experience and/or supervisory duties
• Training and/or on-the-job experience in employee relations, investigations and performance management.
• Knowledge of common labour law and employment legislation (LRA, BCEA, MEIBC, SEIFSA)
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations cases and employment law (CCMA, Fair Dismissals, effective Poor Performance Management, Grievances etc).
