A Cape Town law firm with an established client base, has a vacancy for an IP Attorney. The application must have the following:
- 10 years post article experience.
- Experience required in all aspects of trade mark practice including patents, designs and trade mark filings both in South Africa and internationally.
- Experience intellectual property litigation;
- Previously worked for one of the big IP firms
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Windows – Word, Powerpoint & Excel.
